At Peluva, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your items are not a perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery provided they are in new, unworn condition with original packaging.

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid shipping label, which will be sent directly to your email for easy printing.
Pack and Ship
Place the unworn items in their original box, secure them in a shipping mailer, and attach the prepaid label before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
